For many children at Dove, it begins with a welcoming place to learn, build friendships, receive educational support and feel that they belong. As children grow, their needs and questions change. Education expands. Interests emerge. Skills develop. And eventually, the question becomes: What comes next?
Dove is designed to grow with them. From early childhood through the teenage years and into preparation for adulthood, Dove connects education, relationships, practical skills and community support to help young people discover what they are capable of—and where their path might lead.
The idea behind the work
Dove's programs are connected by a simple idea: support should evolve as young people do.
A welcoming place to belong can lead to learning, exploration, practical skills and preparation for what comes next. The path is not identical for everyone, but the environment around each young person can remain steady, encouraging and connected.
For younger children, Dove provides a welcoming environment where they can learn, play, build relationships and develop confidence.
Through positive experiences and consistent support, children begin developing the foundations that will serve them throughout their lives.
As children progress through school, Dove provides support that helps them stay engaged in learning and build a stronger educational foundation.
Programs may include school-related resources, educational support, English, computer skills and summer learning opportunities.
As young people grow older, learning begins to take on new dimensions. They can explore interests, develop practical skills and begin thinking about the possibilities beyond school.
Computer skills, English and vocational learning give older students opportunities to discover new interests and build skills that may serve them in future education, employment or entrepreneurship.
For older students, Dove's Vocational Training Center provides a bridge between education and the next chapter of life.
The Center combines practical training with Job Readiness so young people can develop skills while also learning how to navigate the workplace.

Dove began with a commitment to children—to provide education, encouragement, community and a place where they could grow.
As those children became teenagers, Dove's vision grew with them.
The Vocational Training Center launched in 2022, creating another step in that journey and expanding opportunities for older students to develop practical skills and prepare for adulthood.
